I'm Liz, a chiropractor and yoga teacher. I help people of all sizes and abilities feel great moving their bodies.
I teach high quality yoga classes, accessible where ever you are. Movements are simple and fun. All abilities are welcome. I also teach online private sessions for individuals and yoga science for teacher trainings.
Gentle in person chiropractic care is offered in Ithaca, NY.

Spontaneous Yoga (online)
Tuesday mornings 7:30-8:30 am EST/4:30-5:30 am PST
Friday mornings 9:00-10:00 am EST/6:00-7:00 am PST
Class starts with your questions. What are you curious about in regards to yoga and your body, mind, and spirit? Dr. Liz creates the class based on student requests. Each movement has many options, including a chair option, choose the option that’s best for your body. Breathing and meditation are always included. Recordings available. Yoga for Conditioning and Sleep (online)- Starts July 7
Monday evenings 7:30-8:30 pm EST/4:30-5:30 pm PST
Hour-long accessible class: chair, floor, and standing options. Choose your own level of intensity! A half hour of sun salutation, core strength, and balance followed a half hour of gentle movement, stretching, self massage, breathing, and meditation. Recordings available. Yoga for Pain (in person or online)- Starts August 21
Each class will focus on relieving stress, tension, and pain in a particular area of the body. Gentle whole body movement, breathing, meditation, and options to do the movements seated, standing, or in a chair will be included in every class. You do not have to be in pain to benefit from this gentle, focused class. This class is also good for yoga teachers interested in expanding their understanding of accessibility and yoga for pain. Recording and take home/printable handout with references available with each class.

Private sessions
I offer eight private sessions in a package called Spontaneous Shift. It’s my best guess, based on science and experience, as to the dose of yoga that shifts long standing patterns. It gives me time to earn your trust. I never just ask for it.
When I don’t know, I say so. I love working with other healthcare professionals. I refer promptly when needed. You'll have my expertise, listening ear, and heart supporting you. Connect to your own wisdom, try new things, and heal.
Long experience taught me to trust my students’ bodies. I take what you know and experience seriously.
